Neville Funeral Service is a people business, with our staff being critical to our success. We are a 100-strong team made up of Funeral Directors, Funeral Arrangers, Drivers and Bearers, Florists, Memorial Masons, Administrators and Support Staff with each person having an important role to play in delivering the best service we can to our clients.
Our staff are all trained in these respective roles and hold qualifications relevant to their position including VQ's in funeral service; diploma in Funeral Directing; qualifications in embalming; floristry, advanced driving and other professional qualifications.
To ensure we maintain our exacting standards we carry out on-going training and assessment and use the feedback from clients and professionals for praise and learning points when we do not achieve the standard we expect.
