Lyn Dove

20 November 1951 - 8 November 2024

Lyn Dove died on Friday 8th November at Papworth Hospital, Cambridge. She had been living with a heart condition called ARVC for the last 12 years and unfortunately her heart reached a point when it could no longer function. 

Lyn had found it increasingly difficult, particularly over this last year ,as the disease had impacted on her ability to be active. Not easy for a lady who counts horse riding, running, yoga and hill walking as her hobbies. 

We are all devastated but feel reassured that Lyn is at peace. She died as she lived - with speed and on her terms!

We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from Lyn's friends, family and colleagues. She was so many things, to so many people Wife, Mum, Nanny, Teacher, Coach, Friend, Colleague, Author, Rider, the list goes on. 

Please give what you can to the British Heart Foundation who do invaluable research into inherited heart conditions.
