Local Ministers Visit Neville Funerals Luton

We recently welcomed a number of local ministers to our Luton branch for a tour of our premises and to meet the team.

Director Charmian Alexander said: “The visit was a great opportunity for us to spend some quality time with the local clergy, outside of organising a funeral, and to talk about how we can best work together to help the bereaved in our community.  They got to meet, and have meaningful conversations with people from many roles, as well as a guided tour around the branch including our floristry department, coffin workshop, fitters workshop, Thomas Neville Suite, chapels, and arrangement rooms.  The visit was a great success and something I am very pleased to say they want to repeat with another group later in the year.”

Following the visit, we received this lovely feedback from Reverend David Kesterton – Area Dean of Luton – who organised the visit with Charmian: “Many thanks for your hospitality last week when we came in to visit Neville’s.  I’ve had very positive feedback from those of us who came along.  I was reassured again about the care and commitment you provide for bereaved families.  It was good to hear, as well how you encourage church funerals where we can offer more wrap around care and support.”
