The effect of COVID-19 on our supply chain and the delivery of materials – Update February 2022
As you may be aware, the COVID-19 pandemic in the countries which provide the stone for our memorials has resulted in delays in deliveries of memorials for some time now and is not showing any signs of improvement.
Please be advised that this will not only affect some bespoke items but also several other stock orders. We are currently being informed that some light grey granites may take up to 9 months to be delivered. Although there is little certainty being offered in time scales for any materials.
We are doing our utmost to fulfil our clients’ orders as swiftly as possible but please understand that although the supply chain for the materials used by all memorial masons is still operational, the lead times have been affected.
We do share your frustrations if you are suffering delays but please be assured that we and our suppliers are doing everything that we possibly can to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
