As members of the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF), one of our national funeral industry professional associations, all our branches are regularly inspected to ensure that our teams comply with a strict code of practice, and meet high standards of service and delivery across the board.
It’s a regulation process that we welcome and feel that it’s important for our customers to know that we are routinely assessed and our levels of quality scrutinised. So we were, as a team, absolutely delighted with the feedback we received following our most recent inspection.
“It was obvious talking to the staff that they all enjoy working for the company with the bereaved and the families being of the utmost importance.” SAIF
We aim to make this difficult process a little bit easier and take extra care when dealing with the families and loved ones who come through our doors, offering advice and always going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome.
It’s vital that bereaved families know their loved one is being cared for appropriately, so ensuring dignity for those who have passed away is at the centre of our service.
Our customers will be reassured by the comments of an inspector from the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) who recently visited our business:
“The deceased were monitored and tracked with care and attention from the initial callout request until their final resting place. Daily checks were carried out and there was total transparency of all actions.”
Our ethos here at Neville Funerals is to offer certainty that our customers receive the service they deserve, both during and after the process of a funeral, and we always strive to offer this in a smooth, compassionate, and timely manner.
