Neville Funerals – Rebrand!

Neville Funeral Service today reveals a new company name and branding as part of the firm’s ongoing growth and development.
We have rebranded as Neville Funerals in a move designed to better reflect the firm’s culture and ethos – supporting the community through difficult times with its caring and professional service.
Established in 1875, the company is keen to better communicate its strengths to existing and new customers, and it was this that prompted the rebrand exercise.
Vicky Trumper, director of Neville Funerals, said: “We have an enviable business heritage having been established in the region for over 140 years, but it is critical that we are receptive to change and move with the times. We needed the new brand to capture our offer as a forward-thinking firm. Neville Funerals now has the look and feel of a company that has renewed energy and is ahead of its game in the environment in which it operates.
“As a fifth-generation family run firm, we understand that history and heritage, reputation and continuity is hugely important to our customers and so we wish to assure everyone that this move is just the next stage in our evolution. We have a brand new look but the trusted service on which we have built our reputation remains untouched.”
The full extent of Neville Funerals “sharper, cleaner and bolder” brand and identity includes new signage across each of its eight branches, a new website and updated brochures and literature.
Vicky adds: “We have built our reputation on trust and recommendation, but we also wanted to make it as easy as possible for new customers to research us before approaching us. Our refreshed website, now incorporating social media channels, provides the tools to enable them to do exactly this. It also promotes our credentials, emphasising the firm’s traditional values and proven track record, as well as selling the skills and expertise of the people behind the brand.”
Neville Funerals is a member of several organisations and professional bodies including the National Association of Funeral Directors. It has a long history of close ties to the community, supporting many local organisations and groups at the heart of the regions in which it operates. In 2019, it’s chosen Charity of the Year is Autism Bedfordshire.
Vicky concludes: “We remain an independent company, retaining the skills and craftsmanship needed to deliver an exceptionally high level of service. Our new brand hits the right balance for us. It captures our fresh and dynamic business approach and affirms our reputation and heritage as a respected and professional company that’s one of the best in its field.”
