We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website.  It provides us with anonymous information including the numbers of visitors to the website, where they visit, the browsers used and for what length of time.  We do not use this data in any way to identify specific users or to discover any personally identifiable information about our users.

We will always be transparent about any data we receive from the website.

Funeral plan enquiries

If you request information from us, we will store your Personal Data for period of three months and it will then be securely destroyed, unless you ask us to contact you in the future or take out a plan in which case, we will store your data in line with this privacy policy.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. Neville Funerals may pass your details to an external debt collection agency in order to recover any unpaid fees and expenses due to us.

Changes to this privacy policy

Neville Funerals has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Access to your information and updating and correcting your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that Neville Funerals hold about you.
