Each year, the Neville Trust Group of Companies seeks to support charities as part of our Charity of the Year initiative, and this year, we are proud to announce that we have chosen not one, but two for 2024 – Autism Bedfordshire, and The Lighthouse Construction Charity.
Autism Bedfordshire are the only voluntary organisation in the country that is specialised in supporting autistic adults and children while also provide support for families. Their services help break down the barriers to social participation for autistic people and their families by providing places they can go and feel comfortable. They also help them to develop practical skills and independence, which in turn improves their prospects in life and helps them be a part of the community.
The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. Their strategy is to provide a wide range of free and widely available pro-active resources to support the industry.
